All contractors in our network are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Koalaty Pros.
We do not guarantee contractor availability, pricing, or project outcomes. It is the homeowner's responsibility to verify the credentials, licenses, insurance, and qualifications of any contractor they choose to hire.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. User Information & Consent
When you submit information through our forms, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You understand that your information will be shared with contractors and marketing partners to fulfill your request.
5. TCPA Consent & Communications
By submitting your information through our Service, you provide your express written consent to be contacted by Koalaty Pros, its marketing partners, their agents, or parties acting on their behalf via:
- Telephone calls (including autodialed and pre-recorded calls)

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Koalaty Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Service, any contractor connected through our platform, or any work performed by such contractors.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Koalaty Pros, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your interactions with any contractor.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
